Morpho-functionnal analysis
Technical manager : Pierre HENER
Purpose
The purpose of the morpho-functional analysis platform is to support the unit’s researchers in implementing the latest methods for studying biological tissues. In collaboration with UAR3156, the Neuropôle imaging platform, we assist researchers with image acquisition. For image analysis, we offer training in image analysis software (Fiji/ImageJ, Qupath, Ilastik, etc.) and the development of automated analysis (classification, segmentation)
Applications :
- Tissue clearing method
- Expansion microscopy
- In situ hybridization (RNAscope system)
- Immunolabelling (immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry)
Services
- Advices for for developing protocols
- Training in different techniques
- Technical support for samples preparation
- Support for the acquisition and analysis of images
- Lending and sharing of equipment (hybridization oven, transparency solutions, etc…)
Main facilities
Cutting equipment available at the Institute
