Activity-dependent plasticity of inhibitory synapses in the dorsal horn
Project leader : Sylvain Hugel

Our research focusses on activity-dependent plasticity of inhibitory synapses in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord.
We aim at understanding the involvement of short-term plasticity of GABAergic synapses in nociceptive information processing, and the role of long-term plasticity expressed by these synapses during pain states.
